Classes

We offer 3 class styles: Foundations, Circuit and Allegro.  Each style is Reformer-based.

Foundations (F): For new & experienced Pilates practitioners who want a great workout based on flow and precision to build strength and improve flexibility. 

 

Circuit (C): For seasoned Pilates practitioners who want a non-stop class with a cardio edge.  We will move circuit style between the Reformer, Jumpboard and Chair leaving no muscle behind. Each class is unique and fun.  We recommend taking 5 Foundations classes before trying Circuit if you are new to Pilates.  

 

Allegro (A): Keeping true to it's name, this athletic paced class is designed for the advanced Pilates practitioner.  We recommend having at least 20 reformer classes of experience and minimal injuries for this class.  nd edit me. It's easy.

Friday:  9am (F)   10am (A) 
Saturday:   7:30am (A)   8:30am (F)
Sunday:  CLOSED
